At TRIVUS , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can make a return following the terms established by the Electronic Commerce Law in Spain .

1. Returns Period

You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return, in accordance with the right of withdrawal established in Spanish legislation ( Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 ).

2. Conditions for Return

For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
✅ Be in its original condition, unused and unwashed.
✅ Keep all original labels and packaging.
✅ No damage or alterations by the buyer.
✅ Attach proof of purchase.

⚠️ Exceptions: Returns of personalized or custom-made products will not be accepted, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

3. Return Process

1️⃣ Request a return by sending an email to [contact email] with your order number and the reason for the return.
2️⃣ You will receive instructions on how to ship the product.
3️⃣ Send the product to the address provided.
4️⃣ Item Review: Once received, we will verify that it meets the return conditions.
5️⃣ Refund: If everything is correct, we will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the product.

📦 Shipping costs:

• If the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return costs .
• If the reason for the return is a change of mind, the customer will assume the shipping costs.

4. Size or Product Changes

If you need to exchange a size or product, follow the same return process and indicate the desired exchange in your request. We will send the new item once we receive the original.
