Trivus, a company domiciled in Madrid, Calle , Madrid, 28820 and with NIE XXXX, owner of the brand (“TRIVUS”), is the owner of the website located at the domain name www.trivus.es (the “Website”) and the mobile applications for smartphones called Trivus available on Google Play and App Store (the “Mobile Apps”).

This Privacy Policy is applicable to both the Website, including all pages and subpages included therein, and the Mobile App. Trivus declines any responsibility for the different privacy and personal data protection policies that may be contained in the web pages that can be accessed through hyperlinks located on the Website and in the Mobile Apps and not managed directly by Trivus.

This policy has been drawn up in strict compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, that is, among others, Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (the "LOPD") and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulations for the development of the LOPD.
